  1. INSTALL
  2. -------
  3.  INSTALL.EXE -rus   - Run instalation on Russian Language.
  4.  
  5. Register
  6. --------
  7.  For registration you have to:
  8.  - Get a registration keyfile(see README.ENG);
  9.  - Rename your keyfile into DN.KEY;
  10.  - Put it into the Programm directory;
  11.  - Restart the Dos Navigator. Registration information is written into the
  12.    programm files. You are able to remove DN.KEY to safe disk space.
  13.    Remember, that you'll need the keyfile to re-register a new versions or
  14.    new installations of the Dos Navigator;
  15.  - Restart the registered Dos Navigator again.
  16.  
  17.  If you want to upgrade your DEMO registration just type "DN /REG"
  18.  
  19. Install on HPFS386
  20. ------------------
  21.   If you install the Dos Navigator on HPFS386-drive, you haven't to
  22.   remove the keyfile from the programm directory.
  23.   Also User directory and Programm directory must be different and
  24.   User directory don't must be a subdirectory of Programm directory.
  25.  
  26. Install on Novell Netware Server
  27. --------------------------------
  28.   If you install the Dos Navigator on Netware-partition and after
  29.   successfull registation Dos Navigator works as non-registered, than
  30.   we advise to repeat registration procedure some times (3 times usually).
  31.  
  32. Install language file in User directory
  33. ---------------------------------------
  34.  It's needed to set 'Modify AUTOEXEC.BAT' option in Install procedure,
  35.  because the DNDLG-Variable must been set in your DOS Environment.
  36.  
  37. Delete swap file
  38. ----------------
  39.  Delete current swap file is non recomended, because the Dos Navigator
  40.  removes/creates it some time itself.
  41.  
  42. Input Hex-numbers
  43. -----------------
  44.  To input HEX-numbers in Inputlines use char '$' before the numbers.
  45.   For example,  10h = $10 = 16.
  46.  
  47.  It's possible to use standard format of Hex, Oct and Binary numbers
  48.  (XXXXh, XXXXo,XXXXb) in the Calculator.

  50. CD-Player
  51. ---------
  52.  Sound Volume is don't controlled by CD Player.

  54. Whitespaces in filenames
  55. ------------------------
  56. The whitespaces in filenames and volume labels using is not recomended
  57. because it's a limit of MS-DOS.
  58.  
  59. Long filenames
  60. --------------
  61.  MS-DOS don't understand filename length more than 79 chars.
  62.  
  63. Direct disk access on HPFS
  64. --------------------------
  65.  Direct disk access on HPFS is not supported in any disk operations.
